Traditional Chinese Medicine Master`s Academic Inheritance Research Center is a 12-menber union, including 6 chief physicians of TCM, 2 resident physicians of TCM, 4 qualified physicians of TCM, and a total of 5 doctors, 7 masters. The research center affiliated to the Key Vocational Institution of Clinical Practice, Key Vocational Institution of TCM Administration, Chinese Medical Center of Pulmonary Disease in Jiangxi Province, Respiratory Disease Institution of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on academic thoughts of Prof. Hong, the research center launched a program involving clinic practice and basic theory of TCM, formed an applicable system of syndrome identification and disease treatment for clinic. The research center held many projects, including 4 National Science and Technology projects in 11th Five Program and 12th Five Program, 9 projects in National Natural Fund, 10 Provincial Science and Technology projects. In the past 5 years, there have been a total of 76 medical professional essays, 36 of which have been published in the core periodicals. The research center has edited 4 medicinal reference books and held 4 invention patents.
